The 2018 Finger Lakes Craft Beverage will take place Tuesday March 27th at the del Lago Casino & Resort in Waterloo, NY, with field trips on Wednesday March 28th.
Conference
COST: $100/person ($90 for each additional person from the same brewery/cidery/farm); price includes a light breakfast, lunch, an evening social hour and a Finger Lakes Craft Beverage glass. Register before March 20th to avoid the late registration price of $115.)
Sessions covering: legal issues, tax issues, marketing, distribution, beer and cider production issues. Hear from Government officials, craft beverage industry representatives, university researchers, extension educators, brewers, and cider makers about important topics related to your business and industry.
Includes a trade show and opportunities for networking (including a Social Hour following the sessions) with others in your industry.
Field Trips
Two field trips are planned; choose between a Brewery or Cidery field trip.
COST: $20/person includes refreshments.
Brewery Field Trip will visit Fleur de Lis Beer Works as they brew a batch of beer, giving participants the opportunity to observe and ask questions about the beer-making process.
Cidery Field Trip will visit Red Jacket Orchards juice pressing operations and tree nursery as well as a local cidery.
