This site is hosted by the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences in conjunction with Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Hard Cider Program Work Team (PWT). The Hard Cider PWT is a multi-disciplinary group of Cornell researchers, instructors, extension educators, and industry stakeholders.

While much of the information presented within these pages is centered around the work being conducted at Cornell, we hope this site aids in the global exchange of knowledge among the entire hard cider community and the public.
