Dear Commercial Cider Apple Growers and Cider Producers,
Please join Cornell’s Hard Cider Program Work Team on Thursday, May 7 from 4-5 PM EDT for a question and answer session on any topic related to hard cider production that you want to discuss.
There will be no formal presentations, but we will focus our attention on issues related to cider apple production. We will also share updates and upcoming events related to Cornell’s hard cider programs and activities. Participants can also ask questions related to any of our areas of expertise (horticulture, fermentation, and marketing and small business management) through a moderated chat session.
